Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your items, you can send them back in 5 workdays after receiving them. Return postage is paid by buyer. After items arrive back, buyer gets a full refund for the original order.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated by the system.

Regular priority small packs and tracked parcels to:

• Erope: usually takes 3-7 workdays,
• Other countries: 7-15 workdays (AR, CL, CN, CO, HK, ID, IL, KH, KR, MY, MX, SG, TH, TW, US, VN).

1. If a parcel gets lost which was posted without tracking number, max. 50% of the total amount can be refunded.

2. If a parcel gets lost which was posted with tracked delivery (when you add a tracking number to your cart during shopping, or you order from other countries*), 100% of the total amount will be refunded. It means that tracking number gives a full insurance for your order if it gets lost.
